Mills Products, Inc. Acquired by Logic Capital Partners
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (January 9, 2022) — FourBridges Capital announced today the acquisition of Mills Products Incorporated (“Mills” or “the Company”) by Logic Capital Partners, a private equity group that invests primarily in the manufacturing and distribution business sectors. FourBridges initiated the transaction and negotiated the terms on behalf of Mills Products.
Based in Athens TN with additional operations in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, Mills is a turnkey metal fabricator that serves the appliance and automotive industries. Founded in 1947 by Bob Mills Sr., the Company offers hydroforming, tubular stamping, roll forming, assembly and finishing services – including machining, welding and powder coating.The private equity group is committed to honoring the legacy of the renowned supplier and maintaining its culture and dedication to excellence for the benefit of both its customers and employees.
