Prior to joining FourBridges in 2023, Brian spent six years at i3 Verticals, LLC, a payment technology company. Brian was a member of the Finance/Accounting team, managing the company’s forecasting and modeling processes, performing due diligence for targeted acquisitions, analyzing financial results and integrating newly acquired companies into the i3 processes and systems. Brian also helped to prepare the company for its initial public offering in June of 2018. Prior to i3 Verticals, Brian worked in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Nashville, TN. He primarily performed financial statement audits for public and privately-held companies in the manufacturing and hospitality sectors.

Brian graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He subsequently earned a Masters of Accountancy from the College of Charleston. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
